Shahid Cadet Academy, Mohammadpur Branch is lately established to provide the opportunity to the students. This branch is run by the Ex-Cadet and retired Military officers. The branch has outstanding professional teachers with multi-years educational experiences and known to all for their scientific and methodical method of instruction (MOI).

Shahid Cadet Academy, Mohammadpur Branch is now only non-residential and sooner residential section would be activated. To prepare the students for Cadet College admission, we start preparing the students from lower classes, so that ample of time is at hand to groom them up and prepare them for the final contest. We prepare the students in such a way that those who would not be able to qualify for the ultimate admission at the Cadet Colleges, they all will be able to compete with similar best schools and colleges’ admission as well.

এসব ক্যাডেট কলেজগুলিতে যেহেতু আসন সংখ্যা সীমিত এবং প্রতিযোগীতামুলক পরীক্ষার মাধ্যমে ভর্তি হতে হয়, ফলে এই প্রতিযোগীতামুলক পরীক্ষার জন্য দেশের আনাচে কানাচে কোচিং সেন্টার, কোচিং একাডেমি ইত্যাদি গড়ে উঠেছে। শহীদ ক্যাডেট একাডেমীও সে রকম একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান। তবে শহীদ ক্যাডেট একাডেমির মাধ্যমে সফলতার হিসাব অন্য সব কোচিং সেন্টার বা একাডেমীর থেকে অনেক অনেক গুন বেশী থাকায় শহীদ ক্যাডেট একাডেমির একটা সুনাম রয়েছে।

শহীদ ক্যাডেট একাডেমি দেশের প্রায় প্রতিটি জেলায় এবং বড় বড় শহরে এর শাখা বিদ্যমান। তারই ধারাবাহিকতায় বর্তমানে মোহাম্মাদপুর এলাকায় নতুন একটা শাখা প্রতিষ্ঠা করা হয়। এই শাখাটি ক্যাডেট  কলেজের প্রাক্তন ক্যাডেট এবং সেনাবাহিনীর অফিসার দ্বারা পরিচালিত। এই শাখার অধ্যক্ষ বিভিন্ন স্বনামধন্য কলেজে বহু বছর অধ্যাপনার কাজে জড়িত ছিলেন এবং এখানকার শিক্ষকবৃন্দগনও তাদের টিচিং ক্যারিয়ারে নিজ নিজ জায়গায় সমানভাবে সমাজে পরিচিত এবং দক্ষ।

অত্র শাখায় লেখাপড়ার পাশাপাশি ছাত্রদেরকে এমনভাবে প্রশিক্ষন দেওয়া হয় যাতে যদি কোনো কারনে কোনো ছাত্র দূর্ভাগ্যক্রমে ক্যাডেট কলেজের জন্য সফলতা নাও পায়, সে যেনো দেশের অন্যান্য ভালো স্বনামধন্য স্কুল কলেজগুলিতে অনায়াসেই তার স্থান করে নিতে পারে সেভাবে শিক্ষাক্রম পরিকল্পনা করা হয়।

শহীদ ক্যাডেট একাডেমি-মোহাম্মাদপুর শাখাটি আপাতত শুধুমাত্র অনাবাসিক ভাবে পরিচালিত হচ্ছে। ছাত্রগন যাতে ক্যাডেট কলেজের প্রস্তুতিমুলক কাজে অতি সহজেই উত্তির্ন হতে পারেন, সে জন্য আমরা এই শাখায় ছোট ক্লাস থেকেই ছাত্রদের ভর্তির ব্যবস্থা রেখেছি।
